Insurance covers Physical Therapy as well as medical appointments with Dr. El Shami ONLY.

BPT is contracted with BCBS PPO and BCBS Medicare Advantage Plans only.

BPT is contracted with government-sponsored Medicare Plans. This does NOT include Medicare Advantage Plans sponsored by private insurance companies (unless BCBS or Aetna).

BPT is contracted with all Aetna PPO and Aetna Medicare Advantage Plans only.
Out of Network?
BPT offers cash-pay options for Therapy (PT & OT) and Physiatry services if we are not contracted with your insurance plan. Some Insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits to their members. After payment, BPT can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt of your therapy session) to submit to your insurance carrier for partial reimbursement.
